STORIES OF OUR ANIMAL HEROES

See how our custom orthotics and prosthetics changed the lives of pets who once couldn't run.

Meemo the Whippet lost part of his front leg due to an accident. But his owners never gave up. With our help and a partial limb prosthesis, Meemo got a second chance – and returned to an active, joyful life.

Lucky is a two-year-old dog who had his entire front leg amputated due to cancer. Why did we and his owners choose a carpal orthosis instead of a full prosthetic leg? And how did Lucky react to the device? Watch the video to find out.

Áron suffers from a neurological condition that prevents him from using one of his front legs without support. After a disappointing experience with an ill-fitting device from another provider, his owners came to us. We created a custom-made orthosis that now helps him walk with confidence and stability.

How Is a Mobility Aid Made?

1. Online Consultation

Contact us and describe your pet's condition in as much detail as possible. If available, please include photos or videos. Veterinary reports or X-rays are also very helpful — don't forget to attach them. Based on the information you provide, we'll prepare a proposed solution along with a final price quote.

2. Measurement & Casting

Once the solution is approved, the next step is to create a cast of the affected body part. The casting can be done directly at our workshop in Borohrádek (Czech Republic), or you can create it yourself – with help from your veterinarian or animal physiotherapist if needed.
We'll send you all the necessary materials and a detailed video tutorial. Once the cast is ready, send it back to us along with the completed order form.

3. Manufacturing the Support Device

As soon as we receive the cast and your payment is confirmed, we begin production. Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks depending on current order volume and material availability.

4. Delivery & Fitting

Once the device is complete, we'll ship it to your specified address, or you can collect it from us in person. If you come in person, we'll check the fit and make any necessary adjustments on the spot. If you receive the device by mail, it's important to try it on carefully right after delivery. If it doesn't fit properly, please return it to us for adjustments.

5. Ongoing Support & Follow-up

We often stay in contact with pet owners even after the device has been delivered. We care deeply about making sure the device works well and that your pet feels comfortable using it.
We truly appreciate your feedback — photos, videos, and insights about how your pet is adapting are always welcome. If the device needs repair, such as replacing a sole or strap, we are happy to provide maintenance as part of our long-term care.
